One morning, a friend invited me to breakfast. Just the two of us, sat at her kitchen table. We started talking about what I was thinking right before I overate. That’s when it hit me:

That’s the day I decided to fight it. So I started identifying the food voice, and challenging it. I lost 50 pounds and I’ve kept it off—because I stopped treating this like a food problem.
