• About Food Noise Fix

    Our Mission

Food Noise Fix was created to address the real driver of overeating: automatic thought patterns—“food noise”—that lead to habitual eating.

Most weight loss programs rely on restriction and willpower. But lasting change comes from rewiring the behaviors behind the habit.

A Better Way to Lose Weight—and Keep It Off

Food Noise Fix is a 3-step, behavioral science-based system that helps you:

    • Interrupt overeating in real time
    • Quiet food noise and cravings
    • Build new, sustainable eating patterns
    How It Works
Overeating is a learned habit—and learned habits can be changed.
By noticing food noise, challenging it, and choosing a different response, you create new neural pathways that become your default over time.
Food Noise Fix gives you a simple, repeatable system to make that shift happen.

Who Food Noise Fix Is For

This program is designed for people who:

    • Feel stuck in the diet → weight loss → regain cycle
    • Struggle with constant food thoughts or cravings
    • Have tried multiple diets without lasting success
    • On GLP-1 medications and want to reduce reliance or transition off

    What Makes It Different

    • Focuses on behavior change, not food rules
    • Addresses the root cause of overeating
    • Provides tools you can use in the moment
    • Supports long-term results, not short-term fixes
    What We Do
Food Noise Fix is a coaching practice that teaches a 3-step behavioral reset system to help you feel in control around food—for good. Focuses on behavior change, not food rules

    I get it—because I’ve been there too.

At 22, I gained 50 pounds in what felt like overnight. I tried every diet, group, cleanse and gimmick—nothing lasted more than a week—I just couldn’t stop. Therapy helped me understand my past, but it didn’t stop the eating. I stopped going out. Stopped taking pictures. I kept saying, “It’s just a phase.” But one day I realized—it wasn’t a phase. It was my life.
That’s when it hit me: The thoughts that came into my head before I overate were lies. They told me I needed the food. That I deserved it. That I'd start over on Monday, or next week, or next month. I realized: This wasn't a food problem, this was a thought problem.

That’s the day I decided to fight it. I started identifying the food voice, and challenging it. I lost 50 pounds and have kept it off for decades—because I stopped treating this like a food problem.
